1. Ticket Policy

• All ticket sales are final.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
  This means that once a purchase has been completed, no refunds, credits, partial refunds, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal plans, scheduling conflicts, illness, weather preferences, late arrival, or failure to attend the event.
• Tickets are non-transferable to other events or dates. Purchased tickets are valid only for the specific event date shown on the order confirmation and cannot be moved, exchanged, or credited toward future experiences.
• If you are unable to attend, we recommend selling or giving your order number to another person. Hacienda Los Pablo is not responsible for facilitating, verifying, or guaranteeing private ticket transfers between guests.

2. Admission Rights

Hacienda Los Pablo reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest from the premises without refund if their behavior is considered disruptive, unsafe, abusive, intoxicated, threatening, or if they fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions or staff instructions.

3. Safety Around Animals

• Guests must follow all instructions provided by Hacienda Los Pablo staff at all times.
• Do not touch, feed, chase, tease, or attempt to interact with any animal unless specifically instructed by a staff member.
• Certain animals may only be viewed from designated areas for the safety and wellbeing of both guests and animals.
• Entering restricted or employee-only areas is strictly prohibited.
• Guests are responsible for acting in a safe and respectful manner at all times.
  

4. Children

• Children must remain under the direct supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
• Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for the safety, supervision, and behavior of their children during the visit.
  

5. No Outside Animals

For the safety, health, and wellbeing of our animal collection, outside pets or animals of any kind are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside vehicles when deemed necessary by management.

6. Assumption of Risk

The Hacienda Los Pablo Zoo Tour is an outdoor experience involving live animals, natural terrain, and changing environmental conditions. By entering the property, guests voluntarily assume all ordinary risks associated with visiting an animal facility, including but not limited to uneven surfaces, insects, weather conditions, animal sounds or movements, and close proximity to animals.

7. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hacienda Los Pablo, its owners, employees, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, illness, allergic reaction, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring during or as a result of the visit, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Weather Policy

The experience is intended to operate rain or shine. Hacienda Los Pablo reserves the right to delay, modify, shorten, reschedule, or cancel any portion of the experience due to severe weather or any circumstance that could compromise the safety of guests, staff, or animals. Such decisions shall be made solely at the discretion of Hacienda Los Pablo.

9. Schedule & Experience Changes

Hacienda Los Pablo reserves the right to modify the tour route, schedule, duration, featured animals, animal encounters, demonstrations, or activities without prior notice whenever necessary for animal welfare, guest safety, veterinary care, operational needs, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Photography & Media Release

Guests are welcome to take photographs and videos for personal use unless otherwise instructed by staff.

By entering the property, guests acknowledge and consent that Hacienda Los Pablo may photograph, film, or otherwise record the event and may use such images or recordings for promotional, advertising, marketing, educational, or social media purposes without compensation or additional permission.

11. Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited on the property:

• Outside pets or animals.
• Weapons of any kind.
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances.
• Fireworks or explosives.
• Drones without prior written authorization.
• Laser pointers.

Any item that management determines could endanger guests, staff, or animals.

12. Outside Food & Beverages

Outside food, beverages, coolers, picnic supplies, or alcoholic beverages are not permitted inside Hacienda Los Pablo.

Exceptions may be made for:

• Infant formula or baby food.
• Guests with documented medical conditions or dietary restrictions requiring specific food or beverages for health reasons.

Hacienda Los Pablo reserves the right to request reasonable verification of any medical exception when deemed necessary.

This policy helps protect the health and wellbeing of our animals, maintain the cleanliness of the property, and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

To ensure compliance with these policies, Hacienda Los Pablo reserves the right to inspect bags, backpacks, coolers, diaper bags, and other personal belongings upon entry. Guests who refuse a requested inspection or are found in possession of prohibited items may be denied admission or removed from the property without refund.

13. Respect for Animals & Property

Guests are expected to treat all animals, facilities, equipment, landscaping, and staff with respect.

Any intentional damage to property, harassment of animals, failure to follow staff instructions, or actions that place animals, guests, or employees at risk may result in immediate removal from the property without refund. Guests may also be held financially responsible for any damages they cause.

14. Personal Property

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times. Hacienda Los Pablo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

15. Force Majeure

Hacienda Los Pablo shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, schedule changes, or modifications resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, public emergencies, utility failures, pandemics, labor disputes, or any other unforeseen event.

16. Agreement

The purchase of a ticket and/or entry onto the property constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Guests who do not agree with these policies should refrain from purchasing tickets or attending the Hacienda Los Pablo Zoo Tour.
